Fall 2014 Semester registerations is now open!

 

​Registration

For those of you who are new and re-registering to the club, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the following URL:  http://www.union.sjsu.edu/clubsports/

2. Click on the yellow button at the top of the page that says “SIGN UP TO JOIN A CLUB SPORT”.

3. There will be a column on the left side of the page; please select the “sign up” option.

4. Please fill out the information required to complete the online registration. For now select MOUNTAIN BIKING for sport team (may eventually be changed to "Cycling", but the school hasn't made it a priority).

5. (IMPORTANT) To fully complete the registration you will have to turn in copies of your Tower ID and Health Insurance card to the ClubSports office. To find the office, head to the gym. The office will be located downstairs where racquetball court 1 used to be. If you cannot find anyone please leave the copies on the desk with a note saying it is for the Cycling Club. A possibly more convenient option is to scan/photograph the cards and email them to the club's email listed below!

 

6. NEW REQUIREMENT FOR ALL MEMBERS FOR SPRING 2015 BY MARCH 1st: go to http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/Training/index.html and complete the Heads Up course about concussion awareness. Screenshot and email the completed certificate with your name to our club's email address or drop off a hardcopy at the Club Sports Administration office to one of the employees 

 

7. If you plan on driving: please send over Driver License, Auto Insurance, and Defensive Driver Cert. [ On the main page of Club Sports Website]



 

Note:

Please, please, please do not hand over Expired health insurance copies…
